Grok Bot is designed as a text-thread interface where users can run many bots in parallel, put them in group chats, and set routines after demonstrating a job once. SpaceXAI lists example roles such as sales prospector, website builder, inbox manager, customer support, meeting stand-in, and refunds manager, with human approval kept for sends and sensitive actions.

The company said bots keep going when users step away and only pull people in for judgment calls. Enterprise customers can join a waitlist while SpaceXAI ramps larger team and company rollouts. Grok Bot remains available as a macOS download, with a contact-sales path for broader deployments.
