Vulcan Strengthens Middle East AI Safety with Major GITEX Strategic Partnerships

Vulcan, a provider of specialized Generative AI security solutions, has finalized major strategic partnerships with CPX and Astra Tech during GITEX Global 2025. These agreements follow the company’s selection into the Presight AI-Startup Accelerator earlier this year. By joining forces with key members of the G42 ecosystem, Vulcan aims to provide the essential infrastructure for responsible AI development across the UAE and beyond.
The partnership with CPX, a leading cybersecurity provider, focuses on deploying advanced GenAI security solutions to protect critical infrastructure. The two teams have already collaborated to stress-test Large Language Model applications across multiple languages, including Arabic, English, and Hindi. This process involved generating 140,000 attack prompts to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable threat insights for enterprise clients.
Vulcan is also working with Astra Tech, the consumer technology giant that operates the Botim app for over 150 million users. The collaboration involves specialized AI red teaming to ensure their fintech-first ecosystem meets global standards for safety and resilience. This effort aims to build consumer trust as AI becomes increasingly integrated into daily communication and financial services.
The expansion of the Vulcan platform was significantly accelerated by its participation in the Presight program, where it was one of ten startups chosen from a global pool of 120 applicants. This initiative has allowed the team to scale its business rapidly by connecting with strategic partners and regional regulators. Presight CEO Thomas Pramotedham noted that the velocity of the team's progress is remarkable for the industry.
