PureHealth Launches Nada AI to Automate Medical Notes and Improve Patient Care

PureHealth, the largest healthcare group in the Middle East, announced the pilot launch of its AI-powered digital assistant, Nada, on December 29, 2025. The tool operates in the background during medical consultations to capture and organize clinical notes automatically. Currently being tested across select Abu Dhabi facilities within the SEHA network, the system aims to improve patient experience by reducing manual documentation for physicians.

The introduction of Nada addresses a major challenge in medicine by reclaiming significant time for clinicians. Initial testing indicates that the service can reduce documentation workloads by more than 50 percent, allowing doctors to save an average of two hours every day. This shift enables medical professionals to focus entirely on their patients rather than interacting with computer screens.

Nada is designed to understand complex medical terminology and various local dialects. This bilingual capability ensures that medical records remain accurate while reflecting the nuances of local communication. The tool serves as a secure digital assistant that adheres to the strict data privacy and regulatory standards set by the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi.
