Austin-based real estate technology firm Luxury Presence has secured $37 million in a strategic capital raise to accelerate its latest innovation. The funding consists of a $22 million Series C equity investment led by Bessemer Venture Partners and a $15 million debt facility from J.P. Morgan. This capital is specifically earmarked for the rollout of Presence CRM, which the company describes as the first AI relationship engine designed to identify hidden deals within an agent's existing network.

The new system moves beyond traditional databases to function as a proactive sales assistant. By analyzing proprietary data alongside third-party records, the engine predicts life events and financial shifts that signal a client is ready to transact. CEO Malte Kramer explained that while legacy systems require constant manual entry, this platform identifies opportunities and drafts personalized outreach messages automatically.

Founded in 2016, Luxury Presence has evolved from a boutique website designer into a comprehensive growth platform for high-end residential professionals. The company is currently headquartered in Austin and maintains a strong presence in major markets like Los Angeles and New York. This latest investment brings the total capital raised by the firm to $89 million.

Since its previous funding round in 2023, the company has reported over 110 percent growth in annual recurring revenue. It currently serves more than 17,000 real estate businesses and manages over $450 billion in annual transaction volume. Performance data indicates that agents using the platform grow six times faster than their peers in the same markets.

The platform is particularly favored by elite professionals, with 30 percent of the top agents in the United States currently utilizing its services. The unified system combines marketing tools with predictive insights to ensure agents never miss a referral or a repeat business opportunity. This focus on high-net-worth relationships remains a core differentiator for the brand.

Presence CRM is scheduled to begin rolling out to users in February 2026 as part of the company's broader growth ecosystem. The system aims to simplify the daily workflow by providing a focused feed of the most important contacts to reach out to each day. This approach allows agents to scale their personal brand without losing the human touch required in luxury sales.

This funding signals a pivotal shift in the real estate technology sector away from expensive cold lead generation and toward sphere nurturing through agentic AI. As the cost of acquiring new clients through digital ads continues to rise, firms are recognizing that the most valuable data often sits idle in an agent's own contact list. By transitioning from a static system of record to an autonomous system of action, Luxury Presence is proving that predictive analytics can replace manual networking. This move sets a new standard for the industry, where AI does not just organize data but actively generates revenue by identifying transaction-ready clients before they even start their search.
