CoChat has officially introduced its AI collaboration platform in Palo Alto, creating a single workspace where employees can share AI queries, manage assistants, and deploy automated workflows. This launch targets the growing problem of fragmented AI usage, where team members often work in isolated silos using different tools. By consolidating these interactions, the platform aims to improve team visibility and foster a culture of shared AI fluency.

The platform allows users to switch between leading models like GPT and Claude within a single conversation, providing the flexibility to choose the best tool for any specific task. With over 70 native integrations including Slack, Salesforce, and GitHub, the workspace embeds AI directly into existing daily routines. This structure helps organizations reclaim control over their data while still encouraging the productivity gains associated with generative technology.

A key differentiator is the deep integration with OpenClaw, a framework for autonomous agents that can execute multi-step tasks across various systems. To ensure security, CoChat utilizes a proprietary scanner called Carapace that audits these agents for vulnerabilities before they connect to core infrastructure. This focus on orchestration and safety distinguishes the platform from competitors like Aymo AI or Lumio AI, which primarily offer secure multi-model interfaces.

Future growth for the company is backed by strong early interest, boasting more than 14,000 signups and a consistent base of weekly active users. CoChat intends to expand its reach among startups and agencies that require high-level automation for recurring reports and deep research tasks. Their pay-as-you-go pricing model ensures that teams can scale their AI adoption without the burden of high upfront subscription costs.

Co-founder Marcel Folaron emphasizes that while AI is already part of the daily work routine, its current implementation is often hidden. CoChat is designed to bring these capabilities into the light, allowing for human-in-the-loop approvals on sensitive operations. This approach balances the speed of autonomous agents with the necessary oversight required for modern enterprise environments.

Bridging the Corporate AI Governance Gap

The launch of CoChat signals a major shift in how enterprises handle generative technology, moving away from fragmented usage toward centralized governance. As employees increasingly adopt individual AI tools, companies face significant risks regarding data exposure and inconsistent outputs. CoChat addresses this by providing a transparent layer that bridges powerful autonomous agents with corporate security needs, effectively setting a new standard for how teams interact with large language models through shared workspaces and audited guardrails.
