Charleston based marketing technology startup Clarvos has announced the early access launch of its agentic marketing workflow platform. This system is specifically designed to help small and mid-sized businesses plan, create, and launch professional marketing campaigns in a fraction of the usual time. By bringing together audience discovery and creative execution, the platform enables growing brands to maintain relevance without needing massive internal teams.
The new platform utilizes specialized AI agents to coordinate complex multi-step tasks across the entire marketing lifecycle. This automated approach aims to reduce operational friction and can lower the cost of managing multiple marketing tools by as much as 90 percent. Instead of juggling separate applications for research and creative design, users can manage their entire strategy from a single unified dashboard.
Research from the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute suggests that effective marketing relies on reaching new customers and understanding their core values. Clarvos simplifies this by using AI-generated modeling to detect real-time shifts in consumer behavior. This allows even solo entrepreneurs to act on high-level market intelligence that was previously only available to large enterprises.
"Small businesses are expected to manage the same level of marketing complexity as larger organizations but without the same resources," said Clarvos CEO Tamera Montagna. She explained that the system was built to help teams do more with less by simplifying the workflow behind modern digital marketing. This shift allows businesses to move from a creative concept to a live activation across Google, Meta, and TikTok in minutes. A standout feature of the platform is the customer simulator, which lets marketers test how audiences might react to messaging before spending any budget. This pre-launch simulation helps teams de-risk their ad spend and identify potential messaging blind spots early. The tool is currently available for early access with plans to expand its reporting and collaboration features throughout the remainder of 2026.
This launch represents a significant evolution in the MarTech space, moving beyond simple generative AI toward autonomous agentic workflows that handle the heavy lifting of campaign orchestration. By addressing the tool-sprawl crisis that affects 57 percent of small businesses, Clarvos is positioning itself at the center of a trend where agility and real-time data replace traditional, slow-moving agency models. For the industry, this marks the democratization of sophisticated market research, essentially providing SMBs with an AI-powered version of high-priced focus groups to combat the rapidly shifting consumer habits of the modern economy.
