Warsaw-based Zynt has closed a $500,000 (€424.4k) pre-seed funding round to further develop its AI-driven signal intelligence platform. Led by Polish fund 24Ventures and a group of angel investors, the capital will fuel international expansion and technical refinement. The startup focuses on providing B2B sales teams with precise buying triggers rather than massive, unfiltered lead lists.

Founders Cezary Raszel and Wojciech Ozimek developed the concept after conducting nearly 1,200 interviews with sales professionals in New York City. They discovered that the most successful teams prioritize context over volume, focusing on smaller, highly curated prospect pools. Zynt was built to automate this research process, saving representatives hours of manual work per prospect.

The platform uses a multi-stage data pipeline powered by natural language processing and machine learning to analyze various public sources. By monitoring news outlets, social media activity, and official business registries, the system identifies specific moments when a potential customer is most likely to buy. This helps companies lower their customer acquisition costs by engaging at the perfect time.

Zynt incorporates elements of game theory and continuous learning to understand which signals actually translate into successful deals for a specific pipeline. Unlike standard databases that only identify who to contact, this technology explains the reason for outreach. The system supports multiple languages and is already preparing for a full entry into the United States market.

In the competitive landscape of sales intelligence, Zynt enters a field where tools like Apollo.io have long dominated the high-volume outreach sector. Other European startups such as Salesforge and Evergrowth also offer AI-driven sales enablement. However, Zynt aims to differentiate itself by offering done-for-you setups that focus specifically on the timing of the buying cycle. The fresh capital is earmarked for achieving full enterprise readiness and enhancing CRM data integration. A new event intelligence feature is also in development to track where potential clients are likely to appear physically or virtually. The company plans to follow this pre-seed round with further investment to strengthen its position in the global sales technology market.

The rise of AI-slop in B2B sales, where automated systems flood inboxes with generic personalization, has reached a breaking point. Zynt’s funding highlights an industry pivot toward Signal-Led Growth, moving away from the mass-outreach models popularized by legacy databases. By prioritizing timing over quantity, this investment signals that the next generation of sales tech will focus on data relevance and context rather than just lead volume. This shift is essential as buyers become increasingly desensitized to high-frequency, low-context messaging.
