Viettel and Presight Partner to Advance Localized Generative AI and Smart Cities

Viettel AI and Presight, a prominent data analytics leader from the United Arab Emirates, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to co-develop generative artificial intelligence and big data solutions. The agreement was finalized in Dubai during a high-profile business session attended by Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. This partnership represents a significant step in linking Vietnam and the UAE through sovereign technology and digital innovation, moving beyond traditional telecommunications. The collaboration centers on the creation of generative AI tools capable of producing high-quality text, images, and video content based on localized data. Beyond creative applications, the two firms will work together on smart city operations and enterprise-grade big data analytics. Both entities have also committed to developing a specialized AI workforce to support the long-term growth of these high-tech initiatives.
