Business Core Solutions (BCS), the world's first Agentic System Integrator, announced the acquisition of Techie2Pillar on April 14, 2026. This strategic move strengthens the company's Agentic-Service-as-a-Software portfolio. The integration aims to solve the industry challenge of moving AI from fragmented experiments to structured, production-ready execution.
The acquisition follows a successful six-month collaboration where both firms developed real-world conversational AI agents. These agents were tested across various business use cases to ensure they could handle real-time decision-making. By combining forces, they are addressing the high failure rate of enterprise AI projects that often struggle to scale.
Techie2Pillar's specialized voice and conversational technology will serve as the foundation for Proxyn.ai, a new sister company of BCS. This new entity launches with over 400 pre-built agent blueprints designed for immediate deployment. These blueprints have been refined across 60 enterprise environments to ensure reliability and speed.
Prakash Palani, CTO of Business Core Solutions, highlighted that while many firms have AI ideas, consistent execution remains the primary hurdle. The new model focuses on reducing deployment risks through established platforms like Symphony and Anugal. These tools provide necessary governance and visibility for complex enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce. Bharanish, CTO of Techie2Pillar, noted that the partnership demonstrates how conversational AI can deliver tangible business impact. Joining the BCS portfolio allows their systems to integrate natively with common enterprise tools. This collaboration helps organizations move away from Shadow AI toward governed, agent-driven operations.
Founded in 2014, BCS operates globally across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. The company differentiates itself by scaling through orchestration density rather than just human headcount. This approach ensures that AI agents can manage near-zero touch operations in data-heavy environments.
This acquisition signals a maturing AI market where the focus has shifted from general foundational models to specialized execution and orchestration. By integrating Techie2Pillar's conversational interfaces, BCS is transforming chatbots into active workflow engines that can autonomously resolve supply chain bottlenecks or vendor issues. The launch of Proxyn.ai addresses the Pilot to Production gap, where a vast majority of AI projects fail due to poor governance and a lack of infrastructure. This move positions BCS to offer a platform-agnostic layer that sits atop existing enterprise software, providing the Agentic-Service-as-a-Software needed for true digital transformation.
