Axonis, the federated AI platform governing high-stakes decisions, announced the launch of its community-led growth network on March 31, 2026. This initiative includes the Axonis Partner Network, the Trusted AI Champion program, and the Edge AI Ambassador program. To lead this strategic expansion, the company has appointed industry veteran Sheth Sanket as Chief Customer Officer. Sheth Sanket joins the team with over two decades of experience in infrastructure transformation and enterprise software. He previously held leadership roles at Chainlink Labs, Salesforce, and MuleSoft. In his new capacity, he will oversee global customer success and partner strategy, focusing on helping organizations operationalize AI across complex and regulated environments.

CEO Todd Barr emphasized that AI success requires domain experts who already understand the specific constraints of a business. He noted that Axonis infrastructure is designed to run where data lives, allowing partners to move quickly without breaking governance. This approach contrasts with traditional models where external engineers are often deployed without necessary local context.

The ecosystem includes specialized tiers to support diverse enterprise needs. The Axonis Partner Network consists of system integrators and technology providers who deploy the platform. Trusted AI Champions offer strategic guidance to align initiatives with business goals, while Edge AI Ambassadors handle technical implementations in complex, distributed environments.

The platform's federated architecture acts as a control plane for AI decisions. By connecting to distributed data without centralizing it, Axonis enables secure execution on-premises or at the tactical edge. This "Sovereign AI" model is particularly critical for sectors like defense and healthcare where data mobility is limited.

Originally incubated within a US government solutions provider for the Department of Defense, Axonis has built a foundation of zero-trust security. Recent collaborations with T2S Solutions and HebronSoft further demonstrate the platform's ability to deliver auditable AI results in air-gapped and highly regulated settings.

The launch of the Axonis ecosystem marks a pivotal shift in the industry as 2026 becomes the year of AI accountability. Enterprises have hit a "trust wall" with centralized models that struggle to meet the strict requirements of global privacy laws and high-stakes operations. By prioritizing a federated architecture and empowering local domain experts, Axonis is addressing the reality of data gravity. This move signals that the future of enterprise AI lies in auditable, decentralized systems where security and business context are inseparable from the technology itself.
